Job Description
-
Inputs data in a timely manner into a computer system

Verifies accuracy of data inputted into the computer system by other data entry clerks
-
Prepares data for computer entry by compiling and sorting info; establishing entry priorities
-
Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information
-
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures
-
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
-
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
-
Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution
-
Answering calls from customers, patients, facilites and other healthcare providers
-
Tier 1 and some tier 2 support and troubleshooting
-
Reporting issues, complaints and errors in a timely manner to management
-
Following-up with patients, facilites, customers, other healthcare providers and management when necessary
-
Display a professional demeanor at all times
Requirements
-
High School diploma or equivalent
-
Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience required
-
Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills required
-
Data entry keying 8,000 plus keystrokes preferred
-
Highly self-motivated and well organized
-
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
-
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and thoroughness required

Committed to customer focus and operational excellence

Must work well within a team environment

Pharmacy technician experience is a plus
-
Pioneer Software experience is a plus
